Family Matters!

We love a good family story…

Family get-togethers are the best, weddings, birthdays, game nights, you name it! Everyone loves being together, so why not get your loved ones involved in all aspects of your big day. To help you get inspired, here are some of our favorite and simple ways to create a unique story and memories for a lifetime.

Robert & Sonia – Vaughan, Ontario

For Sonia, her nieces are a piece of her heart. She wanted to incorporate them not only as her flower girls but also have them in her morning images where they helped her put on her finishing touches. It made for lots of giggles and a fun way to get the pieces of her heart involved on the big day.

Parag & Anupriya – Jersey City, New Jersey

During Parag’s morning prepshots, we really wanted to get his father having a great time by helping his son get ready. So with a little preparation, we asked Parag to have his wedding outfit and accessories set aside and made sure his dad was ready bright and early. This way we could take them down to the habour to get exciting shots! What you can’t see is Parag’s brother who tossed Parag’s turban, which was a fun way to incorporate Parag’s favorite sport, football!

Rahel & Tabia – Toronto, Ontario

Planner – Claudia Cole Events

Don’t you just LOVE the way Tabia looks at her father? This special moment of Tabia helping her father, was just so sweet. You can hear the laughter coming through this photo, as she gets him ready to walk her down the aisle to meet her future wife, Rachel.

Raunak & Komal – Anand, Gujarat

Let’s play a little game! Komal had her childhood best friends try to find Raunak’s name in her mehndi (henna) and it was a delightful way to create a moment that was just between Komal and her best friends. It was the perfect moment captured as their true and authentic selves!

Akshay & Sanjana – Columbus, Ohio

Planner – Joie de Vivre Events

For many of us, our pets are a big part of our family! So how could we leave out this adorable image of Sanjana’s dog. As Sanjana was getting ready and her brother was helping her with her shoes, her dog just wouldn’t leave her side. So he snuggled right under her outfit and it is now the story that will always be close to Sanjana’s heart.
